How do I order?
You can order on this website(which is the most efficient way), by calling 01304 447877, emailing Info@thelanebakery.co.uk or by popping into the bakery itself.
How soon will my cake be ready?
We require up to 7 working days for cake orders. If you are requiring a bespoke order we advise to order in advance, as we are experiencing busy periods. If you need anything for less than 7 days please call us to see if we can fit you in.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain thelanebakery.co.uk to your safe senders list.
What if I have an allergy?
Please be aware our bakery handles nuts, gluten, dairy & wheat. We cannot confirm that products may contain traces. Please notify us of any allergens and we will do our up most when baking. We offer GF, Dairy Free and products which contain no nuts, but please be aware our bakery does handle these products.
Can I collect from the bakery?
Yes you can collect your order from our bakery.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We require £50 deposit for our Themed Cakes and all online orders are to be paid in full. If you pay instore, there will be a 50% deposit (at the time of ordering). The remaining balance can be paid in instalments before collecting or in full at the time of collection.
What are your opening times?
Monday to Friday – 9am till 4pm
Saturday – 9am till 5pm
Sunday – 10am till 3pm
